Grace Care prides itself with its amazing care team of Certified Long-Term Care Aides (CNAs) & Home Care Assistants (HCAs) Our CNAs & HCAs receive monthly training and ongoing education. Most of our employees have been with Grace Care for many years.

Full-Time, On-Call Certified Nurse Aid (CNA)

Frequently Asked Questions
Grace Cares in house training program consists of 18 hours of online training, paid job shadowing, and a skills assessment completed by an RN. Employees who complete our Home Care Assistant program will be able to learn skills to better care for Grace Care clients.
Come by the Grace Care office at 2523 N Van Buren to talk with one of our office team members and fill out an application. Once you complete the application, the hiring team will review to make sure you meet our requirements.
- Current CNA certification, or be willing to become an HCA

- Able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test. (Grace Care is a safety sensitive place of employment, and the use of medical marijuana does not apply to Grace Care employees.)

If offered employment, we will start you quickly! All new hires will go through a paid onboarding process which includes reviewing our handbook, some computer training, job shadowing, and review our policies and procedures. This takes 2-3 days depending on your availability. Once this is completed, all new team members will be placed in the field training with other caregivers in client’s homes.
