Latisha King
President/Administrator
Latisha’s journey with Grace Care began in May 2014, when she joined the team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), bringing six years of invaluable experience. Her dedication and expertise quickly set her apart, and within two years, she transitioned to the office staff as a Scheduler.
Her leadership skills and unwavering commitment to excellence earned her a promotion to Assistant Administrator in August 2019. By December 2023, Latisha’s continued growth and outstanding contributions led to her appointment as Administrator, a testament to her hard work and passion for the organization’s mission. In 2024, she achieved another milestone, becoming President of Grace Care and carrying forward the legacy of Bob and Tina Osborn.
Latisha finds great joy in collaborating with a team of like-minded professionals who share her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Her journey reflects not only her personal and professional growth but also her deep commitment to the values that define Grace Care.

Harley Weeks
Scheduler
Harley, a determined individual, originates from a small town in Kansas. Growing up in a tightly-knit community, Harley embraced a fresh start in May 2023 by moving to Oklahoma to pursue her personal journey.
In February, Harley became a part of Grace Care and successfully completed our HCA program.
She joined our office team as a Scheduler, where she ensure that all necessary care services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs and preferences of the clients.

Lezlie Dotson
Registered Nurse
Lezlie joined Grace Care in January of 2023. She first started in the health care field when she was in high school, working as a CNA. After she graduated, she pursued her higher education at UCO. Her journey led her through LPN school, and also in the successful completion of her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at NWOSU Enid campus.
After graduating with her nursing degree, her prime occupation as a nurse transpired at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, where she contributed her expertise to the post-critical care unit.
With a family of three children aged 12, 11, and 8, she gracefully balances her responsibilities as a dedicated mother and a healthcare professional.
Fueled by her love for her community, she experiences daily gratification from her interactions with clients and caregivers in her role at Grace Care.
