President/Administrator

Latisha’s journey with Grace Care started in May 2014 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with six years of previous experience. She quickly transitioned to office staff as a Scheduler in 2016 and became Assistant Administrator in 2019. In December 2023, she was appointed Administrator, and in 2024, she became President of Grace Care, carrying forward the legacy of Bob and Tina Osborn.

She also serves on the board of Enid RSVP, acts as an Ambassador for the Enid Chamber of Commerce, and is the President of the Oklahoma Professionals for Home Care (OPHC). Latisha values the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated teams and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Harley Weeks

Care Coordinator

Harley, originally from a small Kansas town, grew up with strong values of compassion and dedication. In May 2023, she moved to Oklahoma to pursue personal and professional growth. She joined Grace Care in February 2023 and successfully completed our HCA program, demonstrating her commitment to providing quality care and supporting others.

Starting as a Scheduler, Harley ensured that all care services were delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients. After excelling in this role for two years, she now serves as Care Coordinator, bringing empathy, attention to detail, and leadership to ensure outstanding care. Harley continues to be a vital part of our team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Office Manager

Miranda’s journey reflects her dedication to personal growth and community service. After moving from Texas to Enid, Oklahoma, she embraced a fresh start and found roots in the community, meeting her husband in 2024.

Driven by a passion for mental health, Miranda joined Grace Care in April 2025 as Office Manager. Her administrative skills and commitment to excellence play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment for both clients and colleagues. Through her work, she embodies the spirit of care and compassion that Grace Care stands for, striving to create a positive impact every day.

Lisa Gibson

Registered Nurse

Lisa brings over a decade of clinical experience to her role as a part-time nurse with Grace Care, where she conducts thorough client assessments to ensure high-quality, personalized care plans.

Lisa also serves full-time as a Nursing Director, overseeing operations at St. Mary’s surgical unit.

Her dual roles reflect her deep commitment to healthcare excellence and her ability to lead with both skill and compassion. Lisa’s insight into hospital-level care enhances Grace Care’s mission of delivering thoughtful, informed support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Morgan Messenger

Registered Nurse

Morgan brings many years of experience as a nurse in various specialities from critical care to occupational medicine to the Grace Care team. Passionate about education, she has her doctorate in nursing practice and also works part time as a nursing instructor. 

She loves to invest in the future of others and help them become the best caregivers they can be. She believes that all people should be treated with the upmost level of care and respect, and looks forward to carrying this philosophy into her relationship with both our clients and caregivers. 

In her role at Grace Care, she will oversee HCA visits and skills check-offs, ensuring caregivers receive thorough training and upholding a safe environment for both our team and the clients we serve.
