Over 13 Years of Experience Caring for Families who Deserve to Live Happier Lives

Having served the Enid community and surrounding areas since 2009, we at Grace Care partner with families to develop personalized plans-of-care and take on the burden of providing the safe and dependable caregiving assistance your loved ones deserve.

Bob Osborn

President

Bob grew up spending summers on his grandparent’s farm in Missouri. From the time he spent with his grandparents grew his love for senior citizens, the stories they tell, and his empathy for the issues they face. From this love Grace Care was formed with the goal of helping seniors enjoy a fuller healthier, safer life

When working with you, Grace Care’s goal is to greatly reduce the stress caring for a loved one can put on a family. The best way to reduce your stress is have a plan in place that meets the needs of your entire family. The Grace Care team will work with you to develop a plan tailored specifically to your unique situation.

“There is no greater feeling then hearing the stress level in a person’s voice diminish as they realize they now have a plan for caring for their loved one.” Bob

Latisha King

Administrator/ Care Manager

Latisha joined Grace Care in May of 2014 as a CNA. At the time she had 6 years of experience. After 2 years of working in the field as a CNA she joined the office staff as the Scheduler.

In August of 2019 Latisha was promoted to Assistant Administrator and in March of 2023 she also became the Care Manager.

Latisha meets with and signs up clients, observes caregivers in the field, and manages the day to day operations.

She enjoys her job because everyone at Grace Care shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.

Harley Weeks

Harley, a determined individual, originates from a small town in Kansas. Growing up in a tightly-knit community, Harley embraced a fresh start in May 2023 by moving to Oklahoma to pursue her personal journey.

In February, Harley became a part of Grace Care and successfully completed our HCA program.

She joined our office team as a Scheduler, where she  ensure that all necessary care services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs and preferences of the clients.

Alonna Carroll

Office Manager

Alonna joined Grace Care on October 21st, 2019—her 21st birthday! At the time Alonna had 5 years of experience as a CNA working in nursing home facilities and providing private in-home care. After two years at Grace Care as a CNA and a brief hiatus, she rejoined Grace Care in August 2022 as the Office Manager and is currently attending Western Governors University to obtain her Bachelors of Business Accounting.

Alonna works with the office staff and caregivers to ensure compliance, oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages payroll and other various tasks to ensure smooth operation.

She enjoys her job because everyone at Grace Care is kind, looks out for one another and values the family unit. She occasionally still works in the field as a CNA and enjoys providing exceptional care to clients in need.

Lezlie Meibergen

Registered Nurse

Lezlie joined Grace Care in January of 2023. She first started in the health care field when she was in high school, working as a CNA. After she graduated, she pursued her higher education at UCO. Her journey led her through LPN school, and also in the successful completion of her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at NWOSU Enid campus.

After graduating with her nursing degree, her prime occupation as a nurse transpired at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, where she contributed her expertise to the post-critical care unit.

With a family of three children aged 12, 11, and 8, she gracefully balances her responsibilities as a dedicated mother and a healthcare professional.

Fueled by her love for her community, she experiences daily gratification from her interactions with clients and caregivers in her role at Grace Care.
